1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cricxex ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the cricxex platform — including all gaming products, sports betting services, payment facilities, promotional offers, customer support channels, and any related digital services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the cricxex platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.1 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all registered players and visitors accessing the cricxex platform, regardless of the device used (desktop, mobile browser, or any app-equivalent interface), the geographic location within Bangladesh from which access occurs, or the specific product vertical used (live casino, sports betting, slots, crash games, or any future product additions).

1.2 Amendments

cricxex reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Where a material change is made, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the update via platform notification or email to the registered address on your account. 1.3 Language of Agreement

These Terms are written in English. English is the operative language of this agreement. In the event of any ambiguity, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail.

2 Age Restriction & Eligibility

cricxex is a real-money gaming platform intended exclusively for adults. Access to and use of the Platform is strictly prohibited for any person under the age of 18 years. This age restriction applies without exception to all product verticals, including free-play or demo modes where available.

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, participate in any betting or gaming activity, or claim any promotional offer on cricxex. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have the legal right to engage in online gaming in your jurisdiction.

2.2 Age Verification

cricxex conducts mandatory age and identity verification as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. 2.3 Underage Accounts

If cricxex discovers at any point that a registered account belongs to a person under the age of 18, the following actions will be taken immediately and without negotiation:

• The account will be permanently suspended.
• All pending withdrawal requests will be cancelled.
• Any deposits made will be returned to the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) used to fund the account, after deduction of any bonus amounts received.
• All winnings generated on the account will be voided, regardless of how they were accumulated.
• cricxex reserves the right to report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

2.4 Additional Eligibility Conditions

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet the following eligibility conditions to hold an active cricxex account:

• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on this platform or any other gambling platform from which cricxex has received a notification.
• You must not be registering on behalf of another person.
• You must not be acting as an agent for another person for the purpose of placing bets or using any gaming service.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or affiliate of cricxex or any of its software or game provider partners.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on cricxex, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information and to create secure login credentials. Incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information may result in account suspension.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide at minimum:

• Your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID).
• A valid date of birth confirming you are aged 18 or above.
• A valid email address that you own and can access.
• A valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh.
• A preferred username and a strong password.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on cricxex. The following scenarios will be treated as violations of the one-account rule:

• Registering a second account using a different name, email address, or phone number.
• Sharing an account with another individual.
• Using a household member's account to place bets or claim bonuses.

Where duplicate accounts are identified, cricxex reserves the right to merge the accounts, close all but the earliest-registered account, void any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts, and withhold any winnings generated through the use of multiple accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. cricxex will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any communication channel. Any activity occurring on your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately via live chat.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

cricxex operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be asked to submit identity documents at any stage, including during registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when a transaction pattern triggers a verification review. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by our team may result in withdrawal delays or temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cricxex are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform supports a range of local payment methods designed to serve Bangladeshi players with speed, convenience, and zero hidden fees.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cricxex currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods:

cricxex reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to payment options via the platform interface.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit set by cricxex at the platform level, although your chosen payment provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your gaming wallet in real time in the vast majority of cases. cricxex does not charge deposit fees. Any fees applied by your payment provider are separate from the Platform and are not controlled by us.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect our players.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

4.4 Currency and Exchange Rates

All transactions on cricxex are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). cricxex does not apply currency conversion charges. Your gaming wallet balance, deposit confirmations, and withdrawal amounts are all expressed in BDT. If your payment provider applies any conversion or service fee on their end, that is outside cricxex's control and will not be reimbursed by the Platform.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

cricxex offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by cricxex are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual offer terms. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount you must wager before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. For example, a bonus of ৳500 with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳10,000 in total wagers before withdrawal is permitted.

Unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise, real-money funds in your wallet are wagered before bonus funds. Wagering contribution rates vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate. 5.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated free spins that have not been used, and wagering requirements that have not been met, within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically. cricxex does not extend bonus validity periods except in exceptional circumstances at the Platform's sole discretion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

cricxex actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets across correlated outcomes to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (known as "bonus hedging"), providing false information to qualify for a promotion, and coordinating with other players to abuse referral or friend bonuses.

Where bonus abuse is detected, cricxex reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, close the account, and permanently ban the player from future promotional eligibility.

5.4 cricxex's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

cricxex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in and met the qualifying conditions, any bonus already credited will remain valid subject to the original offer terms.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on cricxex, you agree to use the Platform only in a manner consistent with these Terms and with all applicable laws. You accept full responsibility for any actions taken on your account, whether by you or by any third party who gains access to your account as a result of your failure to maintain secure credentials.

6.1 General Obligations

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information at all times.
• You must keep your account login credentials confidential and secure.
• You must use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You must notify cricxex immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
• You must comply with all requests from the Platform's KYC and verification team in a timely manner.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cricxex and will result in immediate account suspension and possible permanent ban:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, registering under a false name, or misrepresenting your age or location.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. cricxex cooperates fully with relevant authorities in investigating suspected money laundering.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live games, tournaments, or betting markets to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Taking advantage of any software bug, glitch, or technical error to generate winnings that would not have been possible under normal operating conditions. Any winnings generated through software exploitation are void.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any non-human interaction tool to place bets or interact with gaming systems on the Platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) for deposits that were legitimately credited to your gaming wallet. cricxex treats chargebacks as a serious violation and will pursue recovery through all available channels.
• Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward cricxex support staff or other players on any platform-hosted communication channel.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

cricxex reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or where closure is required to protect the integrity of the Platform.

7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including identity fraud, payment fraud, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Identification of the account holder as being under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion notification from a third-party responsible gaming authority.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

7.2 Effect of Closure on Balances

Where an account is closed by cricxex due to a breach of these Terms, any funds remaining in the account — including real-money balances, bonus balances, and pending withdrawals — may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, funds may be forfeited entirely.

Where an account is closed at the player's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion), any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, provided KYC verification has been completed and no outstanding bonus wagering obligations prevent withdrawal.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

cricxex supports responsible gaming and offers a full self-exclusion option to any player who feels that their gambling is becoming problematic. 8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cricxex and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failure, connectivity issues, or software error not caused by the Platform's negligence.
• Incorrect game outcomes caused by software bugs, subject to the Platform's right to void such outcomes and return stakes.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking institutions).
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain secure credentials.
• Decisions made by you based on information or content published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, and game descriptions.
• Interruptions or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or force majeure events.

8.1 Platform Availability

cricxex makes no guarantee of uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. Emergency maintenance may be carried out without prior notice. cricxex will make reasonable efforts to restore full platform availability as quickly as possible following any unplanned outage.

8.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

8.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Platform's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and the specific terms attached to any promotional offer, constitute the entire agreement between you and cricxex with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior discussions, representations, and agreements (whether written or oral) relating to the subject matter of these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
